An article online recently indicated that spending 20 minutes twice a day in the shown configuration is good for the body.  Here's Donna demonstrating the "exercise".  It took her a while to figure out how to get into the pose, but once she's there, she becomes very quiet.  I know she is finished when I (comfortably sitting in the recliner) hear moans and groans from the bedroom.  She claims she feels much better when finished.
