You Could Have Been in Southern Alberta Yesterday!

Thanks to Wayne Headrick for sharing this facebook photo of South of Millarville. Almost a foot of hail.  I remember a hail storm when Donna & I toured with our Gold Wing - it was painful, but nothing like this!

 

Excercise?

An article online recently indicated that spending 20 minutes twice a day in the shown configuration is good for the body.  Here's Donna demonstrating the "exercise".  It took her a while to figure out how to get into the pose, but once she's there, she becomes very quiet.  I know she is finished when I (comfortably sitting in the recliner) hear moans and groans from the bedroom.  She claims she feels much better when finished.

Big Changes at Apple

Yesterday Apple revealed the major changes for the upcoming software for all their products!  The internet is alive with discussions about the event.  Start by going to apple.com to read all about it.

Apple is starting to look more like what Android has been doing for many years.

Wildlife Walk

We took a nice long walk the other day and ran into some wildlife.  It appears to be a small coyote? since it was unleashed.  We did see a scrawny coyote a few days back - he/she found a duck at one of the ponds.

That particular walk was a big one for us.  It gets hot very early.
